Delay: OCD Recovery
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy is for people covered by consumer health data laws, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), Nevada (SB 370), and Connecticut. It is provided by JadeTrade Marketplace LLC, 1917 Appleton Ridge Rd, Appleton, ME 04862, the maker of Delay. It sits alongside our main privacy policy.
Because Delay is an app for OCD, the following can count as consumer health data. Version 1.1.7 collects none of it. If a later version offers usage statistics, we collect it only if you turn them on in the app:
We do not collect anything you type, your screener answers or scores, your urge ratings, the OCD themes you select, your name, email, phone number, or precise location. Those stay on your phone.
If you buy a subscription, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google process the purchase. A purchase of Delay may itself suggest an interest in OCD support. This is needed to provide the subscription you asked for.
Directly from the app on your device, and only as described above.
Only service providers who process it for us under contract:
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers. We will ask for your separate consent before ever sharing it for any other purpose.
Email support@jadetradeapp.comand include the app ID shown in the Me tab, so we can find your data. We respond within 45 days and don’t charge. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we’ll respond to the appeal within 45 days. If you’re unhappy with the result, you can contact your state attorney general.
Before October 31, 2026, Delay collected usage statistics without asking first. On that date we permanently deleted that data and stopped the collection. Details are in our privacy policy.
